If you want to return the product or products you bought through our site for any reason, you can follow the procedures below: You must submit your return request to our Customer Service on 0850 480 87 29 within seven business days from the day you receive your order. You can send your return products to our company with our contracted cargo companies free of charge. After your return reaches our company by cargo, our customer representative will contact you and return your fee as soon as possible.
Things to consider in return transactions:
1- The product must not be used, unopened and its packaging must not be damaged.
2- The product or products you are purchasing in the product return transactions must be sent with the original invoice document and the shipping company with which we have an agreement with a note explaining the reason for the return.
3- Returns sent by another cargo company other than Bpost and DHL companies that we have not an agreement with will not be accepted by us.
